Second Self

Second Self is an progressive rock band from Baltimore, Maryland...their music blends many musical styles into its own original sound. Each band member infuses their own unique musical influences into the chemistry of songwriting and live improvisation, allowing the music to go in every and any direction possible. The band is constantly improving upon songwriting, recording techniques, and jamming, with the hopes of spreading the sound to as many people as possible. Mixing classic, alternative, and psychedelic rock styles with funk, reggae, blues, and jazz influences, Second Self brings a refreshingly new and unique sounds to small and medium sized venues around Maryland and Pennsylvania. The band is currently working on an EP/demo/tasty sample, along with the perpetual plans to make an album. These days, the best way to experience Second Self is a live show.
